Clinical massage, or medical massage, is a form of massage therapy that is specially geared toward helping to resolve ongoing or acute physiological conditions.  Noelle integrates a wide variety of massage and bodywork modalities to create a healing session tailored to your needs.  After your initial visit, Noelle will recommend a course of therapeutic treatment that may involve weekly, bi-monthly or monthly visits. She also will assign “homework” which typically involves stretching and self-care techniques that can be applied at home.

Noelle acknowledges that the body is not separate from the mind, so she may even recommend mindfulness techniques to help alleviate stressors which invariably contribute to physical discomfort. Noelle takes a global approach to her work.  She has a truly holistic philosophy when it comes to healing, so you can anticipate that while her clinical massage sessions are oriented toward working with specific conditions, she is always keeping the whole person in mind.
