I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage and clinical bodywork. I am certified in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Infant Craniosacral Therapy, and I am also a postpartum doula and certified lactation counselor. While a large part of my practice is focused on working with moms and babies pre and postnatally, I also love working with my male and femaile clients who are at all ages and stages of life! I am passionate about holistic healing and empowering my clients to engage joyfully in their own healing journey.

In addition to being a bodyworker and perinatal support provider, I am an advanced yoga instructor with special training in Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. I currently offer private and small group classes by reservation only. When I have public large group classes available again, you can find the schedule and more info on my YOGA page (in the drop down menu).

EDUCATION: In 2007 I received my massage license in the state of Oregon after graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts. That same year I completed my certification as a yoga instructor by attending trainings at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. In 2009 I received training as an infant craniosacral therapist from Carol Gray, midwife and craniosacral therapist extraordinaire. I later went on to complete a 2+ year certification course in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, which I finished in 2012. For 8 years I ran a private practice in Portland, OR, then I relocated back to my hometown, Portsmouth, NH, in 2013. Once home, I opened my own private practice here on the Seacoast, and what a joy it has been to serve my home community!

A PERSONAL STORY & how I became a perinatal support provider: I have always had a deep love for travel, and one trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico would change my life forever. In 2021 I met my husband there! Fast forward to 2023, and I became a mother, after years of dreaming of motherhood. However, as so often is the case, my birth plan did not go as planned. So I began my healing journey wherein I realized the true value and power of high quality postpartum support. That is truly what inspired me to eventually shift my career focus from being primarily a bodyworker and yoga instructor to being a postpartum care provider, lactation counselor, and also to go deeper into my passion and work as an infant craniosacral therapist. In my journey of completing my education and credentials, I also discovered how much misinformation is out there, and how some of my well-meaning helpers during my postpartum period were rather misguided in their advice and guidance. I have since discovered this is far too common, and it has become one of my personal missions to close this gap and to provide current, evidence-based information to my clients so they may make their own informed choices on how to support their child growth & wellbeing in this precious time.

As a newer doula, I am offering sliding scale postpartum support to my community as I grow my circle of mamas and deepen into this potent work. For current offerings, please click here. You may book an individual appointment here.

Thank you for your interest in my work. I hope to hear from you soon!

Warmly.
