About Noelle Beadling

Noelle is a certified craniosacral therapist and a clinical massage therapist with over 1500 hours of professional training and over 15 years of clinical practice experience. She is also a yoga instructor with over 700 hours of training and over a decade of teaching experience. Noelle began practicing yoga at age 15. Originally from Portsmouth, she moved out West for her undergraduate studies at Lewis & Clark College, and later transferred to East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, OR. After graduating in 2007, she spent several years working in Oregon before deciding to relocate back to New England. Between 2006 and 2022, Noelle traveled on four different occasions to Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico to attend yoga teacher training programs in both Hatha and Kundalini styles of yoga.

Noelle is passionate about living life to the fullest and she sees supporting the body’s innate ability to heal as instrumental in leading a healthy, happy life. She understands client participation in their own healing to be essential, and often sends her clients home with self-care tips! She has studied a variety of complementary therapies over the years, and is thrilled to offer healing bodywork and movement classes to her hometown community,
